Setting and defending boundaries is the difference between letting someone else run your life, or you getting the life you've always wanted. Through my experience of being in recovery of a severe drug addiction, and managing my codependency with toxic people, I have learned a thing or two about the importance of boundaries. Boundaries is something that is forever changing, growing, morphing, and something to keep a constant check up on.
